Your privacy is very important to us, and the following will inform you of the information that we may collect from you, and how it is stored. If you become a paying client, we may collect your name, email address, and other information that we learn but this is stored with HIPPA compliant and BAA platform protection.

Guidance Notes for Clients
1. Sessions are recommended to be once every 3-4 weeks for a short period. We recommend 5 sessions to cover different aspects of a loving relationship needed to succeed with love. The fee is $250 per 1.5-hour session to the public.
2. Payments for sessions are made in advance for commitment purposes. Cancellations of sessions less than 72-hours prior to a booked session, are charged in full. With 72-hours plus of notice, we will reschedule a session for you at the earliest convenience.
3. Office hours for emails, texts and calls are strictly 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please respect time outside of our office hours as this is family time. We walk our talk to succeed with love ourselves.
4. We abide be The International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics (IAPC&M) & The International Coaching Federations Code of Ethics (ICF) - We are also a member of the US Ombudsman Association (USAO) for Public & Child Protection.
5. We reserve the right to contact your Doctor if we are concerned about your health, safety or the safety of others. We would discuss this with you if possible. In the event of an emergency we will contact the person you provide for an emergency, as a client on your intake document.
6. Sessions are held in strict confidentiality. Notes are kept from sessions to assist further sessions, but destroyed every 7-years. Our emails are HIPPA compliant and our platforms are BAA compliant platforms.
