Privacy & Confidentiality Policy & Guidance Notes for Sessions

We recognize that you may be concerned about our use and disclosure of your personal information. Your privacy is very important to us, and the following will inform you of the information that we may collect from you, and how it is stored. By using our website and services, you are accepting the practices described in this policy.

We collect personal information that can be used to identify you individually or as a couple, such as your names, phone numbers, and email addresses. This information is kept and is HIPPA compliant and our website platform meets BAA platform standards of compliance for your safety.

  • We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you request a session/s, or send us an email, we may collect your name and email address. If you become a paying client, we may collect your name, email address, and other information that we learn but this is stored with HIPPA compliant and BAA platform protection.

    If you communicate with us regarding our website or our services, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such communication.

  • We use personal information for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and website, fulfilling requests for information and services, and providing customer/client support.

    We use non-personal information for internal purposes, such as maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and website.

  • We follow HIPPA and BAA compliant standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information and use HIPPA and BAA platform protection, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Yes. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your internet browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are often used to provide you with a better website customized experience. At no time is any personal information stored within one of our cookies. Accepting cookies through your browser is a personal choice. You can still enjoy our website if you choose not to accept cookies.

  • We will not sell or otherwise provide the information we collect to outside third parties

  • Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities and conform to the law or comply with a legal process served on our company, protect and defend the rights or property of our website and related properties, identify persons who may be violating the law, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing our website or its related properties.

  • We are HIPPA compliant and a BAA compliant platform to protect your personal information by making these reasonable security arrangements against such risks as unauthorized access, use, collection, disclosure or disposal. Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation and day-to-day operating practices as part of our commitment to protect the personal information it holds.

  • Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online – for example through e-mail, discussion boards, or elsewhere – that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

    Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your personal information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

Guidance Notes for Clients

1. Sessions are recommended to be once every 3-4 weeks for a short period. We recommend 5 sessions to cover different aspects of a loving relationship needed to succeed with love. The fee is $250 per 1.5-hour session to the public. 

2. Payments for sessions are made in advance for commitment purposes. Cancellations of sessions less than 72-hours prior to a booked session, are charged in full. With 72-hours plus of notice, we will reschedule a session for you at the earliest convenience.

3. Office hours for emails, texts and calls are strictly 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please respect time outside of our office hours as this is family time. We walk our talk to succeed with love ourselves.

4. We abide be The International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics (IAPC&M) & The International Coaching Federations Code of Ethics (ICF) - We are also a member of the US Ombudsman Association (USAO) for Public & Child Protection.

5. We reserve the right to contact your Doctor if we are concerned about your health, safety or the safety of others. We would discuss this with you if possible. In the event of an emergency we will contact the person you provide for an emergency, as a client on your intake document.

6. Sessions are held in strict confidentiality. Notes are kept from sessions to assist further sessions, but destroyed every 7-years. Our emails are HIPPA compliant and our platforms are BAA compliant platforms.
