Guidance Notes for Clients

1. 1.5-hour couples sessions are recommended to be once every 3-4 weeks for a short period, ideally over 15-20 weeks. We recommend 5 sessions to cover different aspects of a loving relationship needed to succeed with love. The fee is $250 per 1.5-hour session or 3-hour double length couples sessions are $600 which can provide faster breakthroughs and results. but can be emotionally demanding.

We also offer 60-min supervision sessions with Tony Vernon, HWC, NMC, AMC, AMM to Couples Therapists, Couples Counselors, Marriage Counselors, Therapists, Counselors, Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Coaches and other professionals who want to be more skilled in helping couples to succeed with love. These are $800 for 60-minutes.

Tony Vernon, HWC, NMC, AMC, AMM also works with noteworthy public, celebrity and high-profile clients who require his undivided attention, home visit sessions, as well as Nationally or International travel. Rebuilding a loving relationship or marriage is a much more satisfying outcome to achieve, than divorce, especially when children are involved. Day Rates with Tony start at $16,000 (+ travel, expenses and accommodation) for complex cases (fame, drink, drugs, property, finances, assets, children, etc) or any aspects of understanding necessary to be resolved to rebuild a loving relationship or marriage. Working with Tony is always more cost effective than legal arbitration. He can resolve any loving relationship or marriage if a couple has the will and the want to make things work. 2. Payments for sessions are made in advance for absolute commitment purposes. Rescheduling sessions requires a full payment as changes to schedules are clients circumstances. Cancellations are non refundable.

3. Office hours for emails, texts and calls are strictly 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please respect time outside of our office hours as this is family time. We walk our talk to succeed with love ourselves.

4. We abide be The International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics (IAPC&M) & The International Coaching Federations Code of Ethics (ICF). We are also a member of the US Ombudsman Association (USAO) for Public & Child Protection.

5. We reserve the right to contact your Doctor if we are concerned about your health, safety or the safety of others. We would discuss this with you if possible. In the event of an emergency we will contact the person you provide for an emergency, as a client on your intake document.

6. Sessions are held in strict confidentiality. Notes are kept from sessions to assist further sessions, but destroyed every 7-years. Our emails are HIPPA compliant and our platforms are BAA compliant platforms.
